Warranty and Non-Refundable Agreement
Terms of Use
By purchasing our product Buyer agrees to these terms:
Buyer will not reverse engineer the products/saddle tree to gain knowledge of the product material for personal use or reproduction purposes. Any attempt to reverse engineer or reproduce our product, or the Double H Cable Rigging will prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Any previous knowledge of plastics or production methods will not be used to reverse engineer or reproduce our products or the Double H Cable Rigging.
Buyer will not resell our product with previous consent and contact agreement. This may include private transactions that involve 2+ pieces of our product.
Warranty
The Warranty is Guaranteed for the life-time of any of our saddle trees for as long as the company (CSST LLC) is in business. However, any saddle made with our trees that were constructed by individuals that violate the Terms of Use or the Non-Refundable Agreement, the company CSST LLC reserves the right to nullify the warranty for any and all trees bought or built upon by the violator. At 1-5years the product is 100% cost warrantied, at 5-10 years it is 50% cost warrantied, at 10+ years it is 25% cost warrantied.

*$250 Non-Refundable Agreement
Non-Refundable Agreement The Buyer acknowledges that $250 of the Purchase Amount is non-refundable in all circumstances, including but not limited to if the Buyer decides they do not want or are no longer able to take the saddle tree. Upon receipt of the Order, the CSST Company agrees to put the Order onto a casting docket and use the Deposit to purchase casting materials. Building and turn-around-times digitally or verbally communicated are understood by Buyer as a Quote that is dependent on supplies available and shipping conditions. The Deposit shall be made in US Dollars and paid to CSST via payments through, Venmo, Squareup, Paypal, check, or cash. Buyer Acknowledgements: The Buyer further acknowledges and agrees that (a) will not attempt to reverse engineer any aspect or whole part/parts of the saddle tree and any attempt to do so will be cause to deny replacement warranties for any and all trees purchased by Buyer; (b) any attempt to threaten legal actions, verbal abuse or physical abuse will be considered a request to expedite the Order and will incur a $75 add-on charge to the Order Invoice; (c) any unpaid invoices will incur a denial of replacement warranty for any and all trees of the Buyer; (d) the Deposit price is non-negotiable; and (e) the CSST Company is not responsible for production malfunctions of Saddle Makers nor is CSST Company responsible for Saddle/Saddle Tree fit problems from saddle production techniques or saddle fitting theories; and (f) the CSST Company reserves the right to refuse future service to Buyer for any reason if cause arises.
